H.A.C.S. – Hostile Awareness Control System
This is a unarmed self defence system based on dealing with endemic criminal attacks in South Africa
Introduction to self-defence techniques
Generally a once off type corporate/team building/wellness event for focus based interventions
Introduction to Self Defence - course
A bespoke course to provide people with a view of what self defence requires vs what they think it is. Techniques are based on real world interpersonal conflict situations.
H.E.A.T. – Hostile Environment Awareness Training
This is based on teaching corporate executives how to travel in non-permissive environments. Dealing with improvised restraints and abduction responses.
Self-Defence course
This is typically a longer term programmatic engagement with weekly attendance by corporate staff at their premises for a pre-determined period agreed with clients.
One on one, family or small group instruction
Some people feel that they prefer to train in the privacy of their own home or with small groups. 1-on-1 instruction is available for R650ph, packages are available. Group and family rates can be negotiated.

The offer is a very effective, easy way to empower mainly women to defend themselves, should the need arise. Every girl/women should participate, it should be like a first aid course.
